Terms of Service

1. These terms

By installing or using Bandy (the iPhone app Bandy Widget and the website getbandy.app, made by Aleksandr Egorov, "we", "us") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Bandy.

2. What Bandy is

Bandy is a Home Screen widget that shows the latest pic dropped by someone in your band. It is in early testing and distributed through TestFlight: features may change, break or go away without notice, and the service may be paused or shut down.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bandy.

4. Your pics

You keep every right to the pics you drop. By dropping a pic you let us store it and show it to your band in their widgets and in the app, which is the only thing we do with it. Drop only pics you have the right to share, and only pics of people who are fine with being on your band's Home Screens.

5. Rules

• No pics that are illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, and no pics of someone who hasn't agreed to be in them.
• Keep your band code inside your band. Don't share it with people who aren't meant to see the pics.
• Don't try to break, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Removal and ending

We may remove a pic or disable a band code that breaks these rules, with or without notice. You can stop using Bandy at any time by deleting the app; to have the current pic removed from our server, write to privacy@getbandy.app.

7. No warranty

Bandy is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that a widget updates at any particular time (iOS decides when widgets refresh), that pics arrive, or that the service is available without interruption.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Bandy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Bandy, which during testing is nothing.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and changes that matter are announced in the app's release notes. Using Bandy after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal. If part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
